My back pain truly disrupted my exercise since couple week ago. Actually my pain not only encompasses physical and visible aspect of my life but also my psychology too. It is true that healthy mind come from healthy body, ;stretch your muscle will make you more confident, make your heart bump fast will make your cardiology- thing good and supply the enough oxygen to brain, so that you can think good.
